Vegan Frosted Apple Cinnamon Blondies
These blondies are deliciously chewy and loaded with flavor. They are a breeze to make and best of all, are refined-sugar free!
Ingredients
- 1 cup of gluten-free flour
- 1 tsp of baking powder
- 1 tsp of cinnamon
- 1/4 cup of water
- 1/4 cup of D'vash Date Syrup
- 1/2 cup of cashew butter
- 1 tsp of vanilla
- 1 cup of chopped apples
Glaze
- 2 cups of powdered Date Sugar
- 3 tbsp of unsweetened almond milk
- 3 tbsp of unsweetened shredded coconut
Instructions
- First, mix the dry ingredients for the muffins.
- Add the wet ingredients and combine well.
- Spread the batter into an 8x8 baking silicone dish.
- Bake for 18 minutes, let it cool down.
- Mix the ingredients for the glaze and top the blondies with it.
- Cut into 9 pieces and enjoy!
