Vegan Frosted Apple Cinnamon Blondies

These blondies are deliciously chewy and loaded with flavor. They are a breeze to make and best of all, are refined-sugar free! 


  • 1 cup of gluten-free flour
  • 1 tsp of baking powder
  • 1 tsp of cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup of water
  • 1/4 cup of D'vash Date Syrup
  • 1/2 cup of cashew butter
  • 1 tsp of vanilla
  • 1 cup of chopped apples


  • 2 cups of powdered Date Sugar
  • 3 tbsp of unsweetened almond milk
  • 3 tbsp of unsweetened shredded coconut


  1. First, mix the dry ingredients for the muffins.
  2. Add the wet ingredients and combine well.
  3. Spread the batter into an 8x8 baking silicone dish.
  4. Bake for 18 minutes, let it cool down.
  5. Mix the ingredients for the glaze and top the blondies with it.
  6. Cut into 9 pieces and enjoy!
