Raffaello Date Bark

The viral date bark trend inspired by the chocolate Raffaello. White chocolate, coconut, and hazelnut deliciously layered over a date base.


  • 12 D'vash Khalas dates
  • 1 tbsp of D'vash Date Syrup
  • 2/3 (84g) melted sugar-free white chocolate chips


  • 2 tbsp of crushed hazelnuts
  • 2 tbsp of unsweetened shredded coconut


  1. Remove the seeds from the dates and open them carefully. Place them flat over a silicone mold.
  2. Melt the white chocolate chips and mix with the date syrup, spread over the dates.
  3. Add the toppings and refrigerate for a couple of minutes. Enjoy!
