Dreaming of sailing away to an island getaway? Try these instead. 
It's true what they say - things taste better when they're beautiful! 
1 1/2 cup shredded coconut ⁠
1/4 tsp salt ⁠
3 tbsp freeze dried pink pitaya ⁠powder (we like UnicornSuperfoods)
1/3 cup coconut cream ⁠
1 tbsp D'vash date syrup ⁠
1 tbsp coconut oil ⁠
1 tsp vanilla extract ⁠
1 cup dark chocolate ⁠

- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, set aside. ⁠
- Place all the ingredients in a food processor, pulse until combine and a sticky mixture is formed. ⁠
- Roll the mixture into 1 tbsp size balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet. ⁠
- Place them in the fridge to set for at least 1 hour. ⁠
- Melt chocolate in the microwave ⁠
- Dip the balls in chocolate then refrigerate for 15 minutes.⁠
