Gingerbread Truffles

These no-bake ginger truffles have all the richness of a ginger cookie, without the need to turn on your oven. These easily double as an energy ball with an all natural ingredients list of tahini, oat, date, and spices.


  • ½ cup tahini 
  • 1 cup oat flour
  • ¼ cup D'vash date syrup
  • 1 ½ tsp ginger spice 
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp cloves 
  • ⅛ tsp salt 

Roll in:

  • 2 tbsp D'vash date sugar 
  • 1 tsp cinnamon 


  1. To a mixing bowl add: tahini, oat flour, date syrup, ginger spice, cinnamon, cloves, and salt. 
  2. Mix everything together really well, forming a dough.
  3. To a small bowl add date sugar and cinnamon, mixing to combine.
  4. Roll your dough into 12 balls and drop each one into the date sugar/cinnamon mix, coating each one.
  5. Place in a tightly sealed container until ready to eat!

*For tastiest results, keep the truffles refrigerated until ready to eat*
