Cinnamon Roll Muffins with Cream Cheese Frosting

Cinnamon Roll Muffins

These bite-sized babies are everything you love from cinnamon rolls, but in a muffin! Easy to whip up, delicious to consume. 

- 1/3 cup D’vash date syrup
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup oat milk
- 1 tsp vanila
- 2 cups oat flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
Middle layer:
- 1/4 cup coconut sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp cream cheese
- 2 tbsp vanilla greek yogurt
- 4 tbsp powdered sugar

1. Preheat oven to 350ºF and line a muffin tin
2. Mix together all the wet ingredients in a large bowl
3. Add oat flour, followed by baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon
4. In another bowl, mix together ingredients for the middle layer
5. Add half the batter to muffin tin, sprinkle some of your cinnamon-sugar mixture, then top with the remaining batter
6. Bake for 14-15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean
7. Once muffins have cooled completely, mix the frosting ingredients together using a high-speed mixer
8. Top each muffin with frosting. Optional - sprinkle left over cinnamon-sugar on top. Enjoy!
